CFX Carnival System
The Carnival mixing system includes 13 standard single pigment opaque inks that mix freely, without building or skinning, for the best printability. It allows for forming a flexible palette to make the usually demanded tones.
Key Features
- An Opaque system with a satin sheen and soft hand.
- Consisting of 13 Opaque single pigment colours and 4 optional Formaldehyde Free Fluorescent inks which allow accurate matching with the vibrancy required by certain shades.
- The opacity allows printing with and without an underbase on dark garments with excellent wet on wet printability.
- Suitable for both Manual and Automatic printing.
The Carnival Formular Guide Software provides a full library of recipes for the easy and highly-accurate recreation of the Pantone Solid Coated colours.
Wash Resistance
Carnival Colours will pass a minimum of 5 x 60oC wash cycles when correctly cured. Carnival Colours should not be Dry Cleaned.
Compliance
All Carnival colours are formulated to be Phthalate-Free, meet Oekotex standards and do not contain any substances of very high concern. Currently, we, the manufacturer, do not test for compliance and should the user require certification we recommend they use an independent test house for verification.
Storage
Avoid direct sunlight and store at a temperature between 16°C / 60°F and 30°C / 95°F.
