Inkcups Tagless Sapphire Ink SB Series

SB Series pad printing ink is a specialised 1 or 2 component ink with excellent adhesion to apparel, soft touch items and rubber-like substrates, with unique flexibility, high gloss and opacity. Also suitable for printing on rubber, polyurethane-based materials, flexible substrates, and textiles.

Additionally, as a 2 component ink (with the addition of hardener), SB Series provides exceptional mechanical abrasion resistance. The SB Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and is formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to EU regulation. Main indications are carried on the product label.

The SB ink for apparel tags is quick drying. Unlike other methods, once an item is pad printed with SB ink, the apparel pieces can be stacked without worry of smudging or bleeding. After a full 24 hours, these pieces can be washed.
