Stahls’ Hotronix Stampinator 480 – Heat Press and Flash Cure Unit in one
The Stampinator can replace a flash and conveyor dryer in your screen printing operation. It makes for a better final cure, and will make your prints better by making a smoother under base and eliminating fibrillation. But one of the biggest reasons you might want to switch to the Stampinator is that is is extremely cost efficient.

ROQ INK SHAKER
With a capacity of 80L, a 9RPM and the option of a 120 min or 5 min pre-set, the ROQ INK SHAKER provides reliable and quality ink preparation, ensuring a smooth operation and optimal results.

With the service based on an edge device, 1 set is recommended for 4 machines and enables. Data available includes, machine status, start and stop times, Printhead data can also be accessed. Allowing your insight into number of active printheads, number of strokes per printhead, print time, return time, down time and on Evolution and Eco models, speed too. Most importantly, it gives maintenance warnings and execution, as well as error codes and warnings.

ROQ ONLINE
ROQ ONLINE is full customised IoT solution, allowing you to access your machine data and manage your production. Accessible via an app compatible with Windows, IoS and Android, ROQ ONLINE is the gateway to connecting your ROQ machines and being able to analyse and schedule downtime, uptime and maintenance schedule.
ROQ ONLINE can register production orders and batches, print or fabric defects and the start and end of batch production orders. The application can also analyse production speed, machine performance, and register machine user logins
