What is the Matrix LED Exposure Unit?

The Matrix LED Exposure Unit is a complete self contained unit designed to be easy to ease. Capable of ultra fast exposure times, ideal for both start-up and large screen printing shops looking for an efficient modern solution to direct screen exposure.

Featuring a powerful rotary vane vacuum pump and flexible rubber blanket, you can ensure the tight screen to film contact that you’d expect from a conventional exposure unit. The big difference is that these LED systems are now capable of exposing screens around 10 – 15 times faster than UV fluorescent or metal halide. Despite the shorter exposure times, they deliver high-res images with halftones and exceptional fine detail. In addition, the high performance LEDs also bring significant energy savings, operating temperature reductions and uniform light intensity between cycles with no warm up or cool down time required.

Built with a thick tempered glass top which is easily cleaned and extremely resilient to breakage, as well as a digital timer, gas struts, safety interlock switch and two locking clamps.

Manufactured in the UK. Available in a range of standard sizes.
